After stopping Derek Chisora in their trilogy bout, Tyson Fury attributed the beating he had just delivered to Anthony Joshua.
Fury against Joshua had been the fight the fans wanted to see on Saturday night and it almost happened, as the pair agreed terms to fight earlier this year.
There was a delay in signing the contract, however, and after Fury became impatient, the fight fell through.
This allowed Chisora, who is managed by Joshua, to enter the fold and take on Fury for a third time.
Chisora had previously lost to Fury by unanimous decision in 2011 and then by stoppage in 2014 and Saturday night was no different as ‘The Gypsy King’ claimed victory in round ten following a dominant performance.
After the fight, Fury was asked about a potential future clash with Joshua and he replied: “Nope, because man’s a sausage and it should have been him here tonight.
“But he had poor old Derek take a good hiding again stepping in his boots.”
In terms of his next fight, it appears all eyes are on Oleksandr Usykas Fury called him out after the fight when the Ukrainian entered the ring.
“Usyk you’re next you little b****,” Fury said. “You are next. Me and you next. You’re next. Rabbits! p****! 15th little midget bodybuilder. Well I ain’t a bodybuilder, I’m going to write you off.
“I already done one Ukrainian in [Wladimir] Klitschko, didn’t I? And I’ll do you as well, gappy teeth.
“You ugly little man. Let’s get it on b****. You may laugh now but I’ll end this little sucker. I’ll end you. You little sucker. What are you gonna do? You’re gonna do f*** all you little sausage.”
With that being said, Fury also revealed that should a fight with Usyk not get made, he will take on ‘The Juggernaut’ Joe Joyce.
“Everybody wants to call out Joshua or Tyson Fury or Usyk,” Fury told talkSPORT, “but, nobody calls out big Joe Joyce, so I’m giving big Joe his credit and I’m calling him out.”
